This Policy uses the following terms:

“Services”/“Services”/“Products” — tools and materials developed and provided by EaseEventBot for creating, sending and managing email and other messages, as well as information about your subscribers.

“Member”/“User” — a person or organization registered with EaseEventBot for the purpose of using the services.

“You” — a visitor to our sites or a user of EaseEventBot services.

“Subscriber” — a person with whom you are in contact or will be in contact in the future using our services. In other words, a subscriber is a user whose email address is added to your address book or whose information is added to the service.

“Personal data”/“Personal information” is any information that directly or indirectly allows you or your subscriber to be identified, including, but not limited to: first name, last name, date of birth, email address, gender, profession and other demographic information.

“Address book” is a list of subscribers and any information about them, for example: email addresses, names, birthdays.

This Privacy Policy applies to data collected on these sites and any other sites or mobile applications operated or owned by EaseEventBot (collectively, the "Sites"). The Sites include any web pages, interactive features, applications, widgets, blogs, social media plugins, and online and offline offerings that link to this Privacy Policy.

In order to provide the Services and as further described below, we may collect personal data from you and your followers.

This Privacy Policy explains what EaseEventBot does with personal data collected when you use our Sites and Services. This Policy does not apply to companies that we do not own or control or to persons that we do not manage.

By registering with the service or using the service in any way, you agree and accept the terms of this Policy, the Cookie Policy and other documents and consent to the collection, processing, transfer of your personal data in accordance with the terms described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly collect or process personal data of persons who have not reached the age of majority (according to your legislation). If you have not reached the age of majority (according to your legislation), do not attempt to register with EaseEventBot or send your personal data to the service.

We are constantly trying to improve our service, so we may periodically change our Privacy Policy. We will notify you of such changes by posting notices on the Sites, sending you an email newsletter, and by other means.

Please note that if you have unsubscribed from receiving emails from us notifying you of any changes to our legal notices, you are still responsible for reviewing them, as these legal notices will govern your use of the EaseEventBot Services. If you continue to use the EaseEventBot Services after we post changes to this Privacy Policy, you agree to all changes. Our copies, whether electronic or otherwise stored, of this Privacy Policy are deemed to be the true, complete, valid, and enforceable version of this Privacy Policy in effect at the time you visit the Sites.

Our sites may contain links to third-party sites whose privacy policies may differ from ours. If you provide personal information to such sites, the privacy policies of those sites apply to them. • registering with EaseEventBot;

• issuing invoices for which users pay for EaseEventBot services;

• clarifications regarding accounts and provide customer support;

• ensure the safety and protection of the rights of our users, third parties and our company;
• comply with legal requirements and comply with court orders, requests and other legal processes;
• provide information to our representatives and advisors, including lawyers and accountants, who help us comply with legal, accounting and security requirements;

• responding to requests from government authorities, including for national security purposes and to comply with law enforcement requirements;
• providing, supporting and improving the services offered;

Using EaseEventBot, you can import personal data collected about your subscribers and other individuals into our system. We do not cooperate with your subscribers and other recipients directly, therefore you are responsible for having the appropriate permission (explicit consent) to collect and process personal data about these individuals.

• Consent must be relevant to your specific purposes.
• Silence, pre-ticked checkboxes or inaction does not constitute consent. You must obtain the data subject's explicit consent to store, use and process their personal data.

You must ensure that you keep appropriate records and retain data on the consent of your subscribers, and other recipients, to receive emails, which allows you to send them newsletters using EaseEventBot, store and use their personal information, and perform other actions to process their data.

In accordance with the rules for using personal data described in the previous paragraphs, we may transfer your personal data and the data of your subscribers to companies that help us promote, provide and support the EaseEventBot services and the services of our users ("service providers"). All service providers enter into a contract with us that protects personal data and provides for its use in accordance with this Privacy Policy. As part of our service, we may use and incorporate into functions the subscriber information provided by you and collected by us. We may share information, including subscriber email addresses, with third parties in accordance with the provisions described above.

If you are a subscriber and do not wish to receive communications from our users, please unsubscribe from the emails using the unsubscribe link or contact them to update or delete your information. You may also contact us. We will delete or update your information within a reasonable time and after sending a notification of your request to the user from whose emails you wish to unsubscribe.

We may offer you to participate in surveys, contests, or other marketing activities on our websites and social media pages (collectively, "promotions"). Participation in our promotions is voluntary. The information required to participate in promotions includes: first and last name, physical address, date of birth, phone number, email address, username, and other data. We use this data to administer our promotions. We may also, unless prohibited by the rules of the promotion or by law, use the information you provide to communicate with you and offer you our services. We may share this information with our partners, service providers, and other organizations in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the rules of the promotion.

Information stored on EaseEventBot sites (e.g., in a user account) is tied to the user account username and password.

Information stored and passed through our system (e.g., address books, email content, passwords, etc.) is considered the property of the account holder.

EaseEventBot does not track, view, or read this information without the account holder's permission, except as necessary to ensure the proper operation of the EaseEventBot service.

We may use and disclose your profile information only for the purposes set forth in the "Use and Disclosure of Personal Information" section and elsewhere in this Policy.

We will retain personal data that we process on behalf of our users for as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and enforce our agreements.

We do our best to keep your data accurate and up-to-date to the extent that you provide us with the information required for this purpose. In the event of a change in your data, you are responsible for notifying us of this. Upon your request, we will provide information about whether we store and process your personal data on behalf of third parties. We will retain the information for as long as your account is valid or as long as you use our services.

We take all reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and deletion, taking into account the risks associated with the processing and the specifics of the personal data.

EaseEventBot does not store account passwords in an accessible format and will not disclose or change account passwords without the permission of the account holder or responsible party.

In addition, any information collected through the Sites or on the Internet is transmitted using standard security technologies and/or encryption methods designed to protect our users' information from unauthorized access or misuse.

We recommend that you do not disclose your password and change it periodically to enhance the protection of your personal data.

Our servers and offices are located in Germany - your information may be transferred to these countries for storage and processing. Although the laws on personal data protection and privacy may differ from those in your country, we do our best to ensure that all appropriate measures are in place to protect your information and privacy. By using our sites, you agree to the rules for the collection, storage, processing and transfer of your information to our offices in these countries and to third parties to whom we may transfer information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy
